Bookkeeping Services

Our monthly bookkeeping services are customized to cater to the specific needs of your business.
Examples of bookkeeping services your business may have include:
Accounts Payable: receive & record all payable invoices; reconcile supplier statements; process expenses; other adjacent A/P duties.
Accounts Receivable: reconciliation of deposits and inward payments; reconciliation of cash banking, reconciliation of card merchant accounts; investigation of variances; other adjacent A/R duties. Does NOT include collections.
Cashbook and General Ledger: correct accrual and deferral of relevant items; revenue recognition for advanced payments; reconciliation of bank accounts; variance investigation and documentation; other adjacent Cashbook & G/L duties.
Month/Quarterly/Year End: correct closure of accounting records; preparation of accounts to trial balance; other adjacent Period End duties.
Reporting: production of monthly management accounts and reports; maintenance of cashflow forecast; other adjacent Reporting duties.
HST: HST preparation; HST reconciliation; HST filing.
Payroll: payroll setup; payroll processing; employee administration; payroll deductions & remittances; maintaining accurate records; other adjacent Payroll duties.
Deadline Management: reminders of important deadlines (CRA filings, payments, etc); other adjacent Deadline Management duties.
Starting from $195/month (includes 1 bank account, 1 credit card, and under 50 transactions per month). Prices will vary based on your requirements.
Catch-Up Services

Our catch-up bookkeeping services can bring your books fully up-to-date! This includes:
- Payroll

- Accounts Receivable (not including collections)

Payroll Services
from $70/month + fees
We can manage your payroll through the payroll provider of your choice. Including:
- prepare & manage staff payroll
- remit source deductions
- issue annual T4’s
- process Record of Employment (ROE) forms
Starting from $70/month (for biweekly payroll of up to 10 employees) plus applicable service & software fees
Setup & Transfers
from $350
